Silks Restaurant is our main dining room within the hotel. Breakfast is served here daily from 7:00am - 11:00am.
Friday & Saturday evenings see our seasonal set menu being served. We aim to use the best of Co Tipperary’s produce with an emphasis on excellent ingredients beautifully cooked by our kitchen headed up by James Egan & John Dunne.
Local food hero’s such as Cashel Blue Cheese, Inch House Black Pudding & Silverhill Duck regularly appear on our menus.
Evening Meals are served every Friday & Saturday Evening from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Guests are reccommended to make a reservation here to ensure availability.
Sunday’s see our famous Traditional Four Course Sunday Lunch Menu served 12:30pm - 2:30pm
