We were delighted to be asked by our good friends at the Tipperary Food Producers to be part of their ‘Tipp the Dish’ project.
James was asked to create simple, easy to cook at home dish using the very best of our amazing Tipperary produce.
Haven known ‘The Butcher’s Daughter’ Una O’ Dwyer since her days as a Tipperary camogie star we wanted to use her famous sausages in a different way. The result is so tasty & quick and a winner for the entire family.
